AnnieB & TLC is committed to providing our customers an effortless shopping experience! We hope you love every item you receive from us, but we understand that sometimes not every item works out! We are here to assist you in correcting this problem and getting our fabulous pieces right back to you!
Here is a simple run-down of our rules and procedures for return & exchange items:
- All returns & exchanges must be received within 14 days of the date that you received your item.
- Items must be un-washed, un-worn, and original tags in tact.
- Include original receipt in the shipment back to us. Please contact us if you need a copy of your receipt.
- Any FINAL SALE item is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any monogrammed item is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Make sure to keep up with your return tracking number, in the event AnnieB & TLC may need it.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange, and then issue your gift card.j
- Items can only be returned for store credit, issued in the form of a gift card via email. A $4 restocking fee will be deducted from the gift card. We cannot issue refunds.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your return, just so we have the situation on record!
We know that ordering anything online can be a risk since you can’t try it on or see the item in person. We try our best to describe each piece in detail, including the fit, fabric, sizes, and colors available, so please be aware of this when ordering.
However, if there is a problem with your item, we will try our best to work with you. Because we only have a limited number of each item, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange.
- For exchanges, we will issue store credit (minus a $4 handling fee) in the form of a gift card, sent via email. You can either:
- Re-order your item, if its in stock, with the gift card provided to you OR
- You can go ahead and order & pay for the correct item, then apply your gift card to another fabulous piece.
